The vice chair of LP-Wisconsin, Tim is a writer of non-fiction, fiction, and poetry. He is the founder and director of CEPIA Club, a community-oriented media company producing broadcast video and audio programs, management and training tools, and publications including online magazines, specialty books, articles, and pamphlets for a global clientele interested in local solutions to global challenges.
